    This is for a package of protector sheets that work for baseball, basketball, football, hockey, or any other trading cards or items that size. Each package contains 10 sheets (acid free) of 8.5" x 11" protectors. Each sheet has 9 slots and can hold up to 18 cards (front and back). The BCW Pro 9-Pocket page is an acid free archival quality product that is designed to protect, store and display your trading cards. To receive an RMA number, please contact us for the Return Merchandise Authorization. Please familiarize yourself with our return policies bellow before contacting us for the RMA to make sure your order qualifies for return. If your sale qualifies, we will provide you with an RMA number and a return label that will be sent to your email address submitted with the original order.
    Returns are accepted for a few different reasons – If we ship you the wrong item(s), the item is damaged but the packaging looked perfect when it arrived, the item is significantly different than the item in the listing, or the item was accidentally misrepresented in the listing, either the Title was wrong, the Description was wrong, the images were not accurate, or a combination of those items. If this happens, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue.
    When requesting a return for item damaged, please upload the following images to your request:
    Images of the packaging - All sides
    Images of the cardboard that surrounded the card(s)
    Images of the card in the penny sleeve and top loader, before removing the card (so we can see where the damage occurred)
    Images of the damage up close, out of the penny sleeve and out of the top loader.
    Return requests without these images attached to the request will not be honored.
    Reasons Returns are Not Accepted
    Buyer’s Remorse, we understand, in the excitement of eBay, people get caught up in the excitement, but it is not a valid reason to return the item(s).
    The packaging was damaged, but you accepted the package anyways. If the card is damaged due to shipping that is no one’s fault but the shipper. That’s why we ship items fully insured.
    A disagreement with a graded of a card, or you disagree with the authentication of a item, that was authenticated by a credible third-party. Examples are, PSA, BGS and so on. We don’t grade or authenticate items. If you have this type of issue, I suggest you contact that company directly.
    If you have questions regarding our Return policy, please contact us before bidding or submitting and offer. If you bid on or submit an offer for one of the items we have listed, we will assume you are aware of these policies and you accept them.
    We ship orders 6 days a week and the daily cutoff time for same day order processing is 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.
    Shipping Costs

    Shipping Notes
    Packaging, Insurance:
    All items are packed in a specific way, and fully insured. We document the order packing process for both of our protection and on higher priced orders, Signature is Mandatory, or the item will not be delivered.
    Card Packaging:
    All Cards are packaged in a new Penny Sleeve, and then in a new Top Loader or Card Saver II (on request), then fully incased in Corrugated Cardboard, taped completely shut to prevent the card(s) from movement during shipping. Once sealed by an employee and verified by a supervisor, the card(s) will be placed into a bubble mailer or custom box for shipping.
    Card Packaging Documentation:
    We video tape the packing process for all card sales. During packaging cards are sealed by an employee and then verified by a supervisor prior to shipping to ensure the correct card is packaged and to ensure the condition matches the listing.
    Taking Delivery:
    When you receive your package from us, if the packaging is damaged in any way, it is best to refuse the package. In this case, the shipper will return the package to us, we will open and inspect it and if everything is fine, we can repack it and send it right back out. We know you expect the card(s) to arrive safe a sound, but that doesn’t always happen. Not a problem, we will fix it or make it right. So remember, if something looks off, refuse it.
    Shipping Forwarders:
    If you live outside the US, we will be happy to ship to you, but only via the eBay Global Shipping Program. If we detect the shipping address on your order is a forwarder, we will cancel your order. We do not ship items to forwarders as we cannot be sure they will take the necessary steps to protect your items during the repacking or shipping process.
