1987 Rip into Rock 50th Anniversary Hostess potato chip insert still wrapped in original issue cello pack - Ozzy Osbourne. Measures approx. 1 3/8" x 1 3/4" These were issued in Canada only and were inserted one per bag of Hostess chips, cheezies etc. Scan #2 shows the back of the insert. These are actually a peel-off sticker as well.
