    Functional Condition:
    Generator has been tested and has the following issue:
    The signal generator has voltage riding on the signal output and it does not display a peak frequency up to 250MHz it instead raises the spectrum line on the spectrum analyzer upwards. The generator did not have any signal output above 250MHz when it was tested with a spectrum analyzer. The generator fails its internal self test and displays the code 2314 as the root cause of the failure. The buttons and the control knob are functional. The screen displays clearly.
    Cosmetic Condition:
    The generator is in good cosmetic condition.
