We have had a large number of users ask us to "cancel my bid" or "I can not pay for this now do to a financial issue, so please cancel this transaction".  Although we understand issues do arise, we WILL NOT CANCEL BIDS or TRANSACTIONS.  Ebay allows for bid retractions under certain circumstances (search "bid retraction" in ebay help pages) or, any unpaid item will be closed using the automated non-paying-bidder process.
Before bidding, please take the time to read the information below, it is not just "fine print".  We are not trying to hide any of our policies, and by bidding you are agreeing to them.  So please ask us if you have questions, and thanks for your interest in our auction.
We accept PayPal for all our auctions.  Please contact us for alternate payment methods (for local pick-up items).
Payment must be received within 8 days of the close of auction.
If payment isn't received within 8 days, a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.  This allows us to combine shipments for up to 1 week.  After 4 more days, the case will be closed, and Ebay will record an unpaid item on your account.  If payment arrives after 12 days, your payment will be refunded, and the item will not be shipped.  There are no exceptions to this rule as we are using the Ebay's "Unpaid Item Assistant", which automates this process.
Shipping prices are calculated based on weight of item + adequate packing for the item to arrive safely + small fee to cover packaging materials, our time, and ebay's fee structure.  Total shipping is displayed at the time of bidding.  Do not expect to bid, win, then ask for a lesser shipping fee.  We WILL NOT under-package the item to make it more economical for you.  If you ask after you win, we will send you to this statement.  Any exceptions to this rule will be posted in the body of the listing.
Domestic shipments are usually shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment.
Items are shipped by either USPS or FEDEX, and are clearly listed in each listed.  If shipment method is UPS, a physical street address is needed (no PO Boxes).  If FEDEX is the only listed shipping method, it is the only available shipping method (no shipping to APOs, PO Boxes, etc. ).  Items shipped via FEDEX include insurance for the value of the closing price.  Items which are offered with FREE SHIPPING may be shipped via any carrier/method.  Tracking numbers/delivery confirmations will be emailed to the address listed in your PayPal payment details.
International buyers,
please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.  We
only ship
international items via USPS Priority Mail (and
not
1st Class International) as we have had too many problems with the slower methods.

to those of you not located in the US.  We are not professional exporters, and we
may
