MINT Coca-Cola Sprite Boy Cast Iron Bank. This cast iron bank is a beautifully crafted reproduction, numbered 03767 of 15,000 and no longer in production! Great effort was put in hand-painting these banks so that they look like the original banks – truly incredible detail. The bank is in pristine condition, and the box is included! Inside the box, the original molded-Styrofoam cradles the bank securely. Bank measures 8” by 5” by 5 1/2”.
Here's something interesting related to the Sprite Boy bank. These banks were modeled after the original sheet drawings that were drawn by Haddon Sundblom (the artist who created the famous Santa Claus for Coca Cola). They were drawn for a proposed theatrical cartoon commercial for Coca Cola featuring the Sprite Boy.
