older
Chamberlain / LiftMaster / Sears Craftsman garage door openers (without Security+ 2.0).  Controls up to 3 Garage Door Openers, additional Door Position Sensors (39279R) available separately.
I recently replaced garage openers at my parents' house and had intended to install the kit to so the doors can be controlled by a Smartphone AND have real-time status on whether the garage door is open or not, because that's always a question that get asked when you leave the house.  Genie's Aladdin Connect App will also work with other platforms like Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, Walmart InHome, and many many others.
However, it is too much tech for some (most) older people to deal with or for me to support remotely, so it is now up for sale.  Complete with documentation, wires, and mounting hardware.  It has not been configured or tied to any account, and the door status sensor has the original factory battery unused, so it is ready for use once installed.
