    Description

    For sale is a fine pendant made from a 1770 Russian 2 Kopek copper coin.  The pendant is 1 9/16 inches long (including the loop) by 1 5/16 inches wide and weighs 25 grams.  It consists of a genuine Russian 1770 2 Kopek copper coin set in a conforming silver frame with a fixed loop.  There are no marks, but the frame tests as silver.
    Condition on the pendant is good.  The coin has heavy wear and a stain across the figure of St. George as shown.  The frame has some stubborn tarnish.  A fine piece of old coin jewelry!
