Harley Owners Group 1999 HOG Rolling Thunder Pin.  Washington DC.  Rolling Thunder was an annual event in DC to bring attention to POWs and MIAs.  Started in 1987 (with it's first trip to the Vietnam War Memorial) there have been tens of thousands of bikers attending these events over the years.  In 1999 the Harley Owners Group began to officially participate in the event and this pin was the very first issued.  Not in the original package but looks in excellent condition.
