    Description

    This bobber/nodder is Kelly Osborne with her red spikey hair.  Actually, to me it looks like Ozzie's wife, Sharon. Wearing a British look jacket and blue trousers.  Red shoes.  Says, "Kelly" on front.  By Jaks in 2002.   Great condition.  Pretty pink blush and lips.  Nearly 8" high.  I think she is plastic, but not sure.  Great collectible.
