Royal Dux Czechoslovakia Porcelain Bud Vase 4” Modernist

Description

This small porcelain vase measures approximately 4 inches high, 1 7/8 inches in diameter at the bottom, and 1/2 inch across at the opening. It features a narrow neck and is decorated with a series of parallel vertical pale blue lines.
It has the blue Royal Dux mark on the bottom (“Royal Dux Made in Czechoslovakia”) along with the incised number “551” and two wavy figures (could be the digits “33” or perhaps one letter “w” atop another) done in the same pale blue paint as the decoration. Based on the mark, this Royal Dux vase dates from the 1960s – 1970s.
The vase is in shiny like-new condition. No chips, cracks, repairs, or stains.
