    Description

    This auction is for a used Stanford Research Universal Time Interval Counter (standard version with no additional option installed). This low-jitter instrument performs single-shot time measurements with 25ps of resolution and frequency measurements from 0.001Hz to 1.3GHz with an 11-digit resolution (1 s). It performs statistical analysis and measures Allan variance, has graphical output to XY scopes, and has GPIB and RS-232 interfaces.
    This item was tested and verified for basic functionality and was obtained from a well-maintained working environment at a major semiconductor manufacturing company in the US in 2020. No cables or other accessories are included. Returns are accepted for up to 30 days.
