Vintage 583 14k Rose Pink Gold Russian Filigree Ring with Turquoise size 7.5

Fabulous Russian Soviet Ring was made circa 1950-1960s in Soviet Russia, set in a Pink / Rose gold with marvelous faceted Stone, possibly green turquoise. The ring is  marked 583 next to the Soviet star with hammer and sickle in the middle indication that this ring made during the Soviet ERA also have a manufacturer mark,  very unusual, great present for someone you love or for yourself.
