Offered for parts or repair only. The power light comes on, but I'm not sure if or how it actually works. It's rusty, dusty, dirty. The alligator clips are barely hanging on. They will either need to be re-attached or replaced. The knobs all turn. Nothing seems to be frozen up. The RF ATTEN knob is missing the outer part of the knob. This unit is being sold as is, presumably broken, for parts or repair only. No manuals. I have a three business day handling time.
