Amazing solid Russian 14k(583) rose gold ring with lab created ruby stone.
Very well-made, they don't make them like this anymore.
The stone is 1/2" long (12 mm) by 1/4" wide (6 mm). Sits 5/16" high above the finger (8 mm).

The top of the ring measures 11/16" (18.3 mm) by 7/16" (11.5 mm)
Stamped "583" - an European analog of 14k. On this stamp you will also see a Star,
Sickle and Hammer - symbols of country, that no longer exists - former USSR.
1K3  - factory mark.
