14M404 up for sale is a Walton tap extension blank , this unit has been cut off from its original length , the end is smooth and has been ground off smooth the total length is 3.945 x 0.372 major diameter the 0.372 diameter runs 2.600 long the diameter steps down to 0.253 inch for 1 inch then turns into a square drive 0.177 for 3/8 long, nice tool to use to make a custom tap of drive adapter of some type, this is a new item but was cut off to make a special adapter from the tap accepting end, this is steel and is coated in black oxide ,  you finish to make a special adapter ,
