Description

Western Electric 39A Space Saver Wall Rotary Dial Telephone C1 with Subset Box.  This telephone came from the estate of a retired telephone repairman that collected only the best of vintage telephones!  The rotary dial is a 4H dial that rotates smoothly with a distinctive clicking sound.  The dial numbers are clear and legible.  The handset is Western Electric E1 and has no visible chips or cracks, but shows sign of use.  The handset and phone cords are in good condition.  The phone is marked 39A on the goose neck and C1 USA on the body.  It has an instruction label on the front of the phone for making calls in Philadelphia area.  The subset is marked 534Y on the paper diagram on the inside of the case.  The phone has been tested and makes and receives voice calls and has a dial tone, but does not ring on incoming calls.  Condition is used and being sold "as is".  Has signs of light scratches, scuff marks, missing paint, dust/dirt, etc. due to age and/or use.  See photos for condition.  Please contact me with any questions.  Shipping in the lower 48 states USA only.  Thanks for viewing!
